Meet Our CEO

Ilesanmi Durojaiye (MBA, PhD, NMIN, MARIAN, MASN, CMS, CMC, FIMC) is a seasoned business strategy leader with over 25 years of experience in organizational development, operational transformation, and strategic planning across multiple sectors. He has a proven track record of driving innovation, sustainable growth, and enterprise-wide performance improvement.

He holds an MBA in General Management and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®). In recognition of his outstanding performance, he was also awarded the title of Certified Management Specialist by the London Graduate School. His academic journey spans both local and international institutions, providing him with a global outlook and diverse perspective on strategic leadership and innovation.

Most recently, he earned a Ph.D. in Public Health, with a specialized focus on hospital strategic management, positioning him at the intersection of business intelligence and healthcare system redesign.
